Online Account Application
This will depend on how prepared you are with the information required to complete the application. On average, it should take about ten minutes. To avoid delays in completing the application, please have the following important information ready for each owner on the account:
- U.S. Social Security Number
- Valid email address
- Valid form of Government issued identification (examples: Driver's License, State ID, Military ID or U.S. Passport)
- Beneficiary information - if applicable (Full Name, Date of Birth and Address)
- Previous home address (if you have lived in your current home less than 2 years)
- U.S. checking or savings account to fund your new account(s)
Some fields are required because it is information needed to complete the application and establish accounts with the bank. Required fields are noted with a red asterisk symbol (*) next to each field.
Most pages will have a 'Continue' button; click this button to go to the next page. In some cases, you may be presented with a Disclosure that will prompt you to accept. Accepting the disclosure may be required to continue with the online application.

The period of inactivity is set at 10 minutes per online page before the session times out. If the session times out without completing or saving, you will need to start a new application from the beginning.
You can access your pending application by selecting return to saved application.
