eStatements
Once enrolled in eStatements, you will receive an email notifying you when your statement is available. You are able to view prior statements by clicking on the Documents tab in Online Banking under the account.
Enrolling in eStatements will stop the paper statements and notices from coming in the mail and replace that with an email notification that your documents are available to be viewed in Online Banking.
To view your statement or notice, please
- Log into Online Banking
- Select the account you want to view
- Click on the Documents tab to view the electronic documents
You will be able to access eStatements for the accounts listed in your Online Banking. You must be an owner or authorized signer of an account in order to access the eStatements.
Select the account type, savings or checking. For notices you will select the document type stated in your email notification. Note, any accounts that were enrolled for check images, including Health Savings Accounts, will find statements from prior to 11/7/12 or eStatement enrollment date (whichever came last) under the HSA/Check Image Statements Document Type.
If you have previously requested your paper statements to be combined, they will continue to appear combined in your eStatements. If you'd prefer the statements be separated for individual electronic viewing, simply contact us at CustomerCareCenter at MidCountryBank dot com.
Copies of check images are available in Online Banking. Simply find the transaction you'd like to view and click on it. This will open a new window for you to view a copy of the check image.
Your account statements can be accessed for 18 months. Any notices will be available electronically from the date enrolled in eStatements or 02/20/2013 (whichever came last) and will be available for 18 months.
