Business Online Banking
A convenient and secure way to manage your business and commercial cash flow and finances. You can review and transfer funds between your accounts, view statements, deposit remotely and much more.
The account owner has access to all accounts they own at MidCountry Bank, such as Personal Checking, Commercial Lines and Loans, etc. Company Administrators are set up for online banking and can access the accounts in which they are approved for.
There are several security measures incorporated into MidCountry Bank's Online Banking. Online Banking requires a password and multi-factor authentication.
In addition, a secure token may be part of your Business Online Banking package. Standard security technologies such as 128 bit SSL encryption and cache controls are used.
With access to Business Online Banking, business owners and Company Administrator authorized access can:
- View a summary of balances
- View account activity as transactions post
- Pay bills online
- Access and download up to 18 months of account history
- Transfer funds and make payments between all eligible accounts
- Access lines of credit
- Access up to 7 years of Online Statements
- View images of checks, returned items and deposits
- Enroll to receive account alerts via email or text message
- Make stop payments
- Request copies of checks, deposits, or statements
- View all accounts together, or view business and personal accounts separately
All transfers will post to the account the next business day. If you create an Express Transfer, it will be available immediately, but will not post until the next business day.
The cut-off for domestic wires is 3:45 CST and will process that business day. International wire cut-off is 1:30 CST and will process within 2 business days.
The cut-off for ACH transfers is 4:00 CST and will process that business day.

You can access Commercial Lines and Loans through MidCountry Bank Business Online Banking. This includes the ability to view balances, make principal payments, advance funds and view account activity.
After you login and access your account, choose the Stop Payment option and follow the steps on the page.
On the Summary tab of your Business Online Banking account, you will be able to select the alerts that are set up. Access your Account Services tab to easily set up new alerts.
On the Administration tab within Business Online Banking, you will be able to select the accounts and the access levels for each user.
Add users and choose which accounts they'll be able to view. You'll also choose unique Usernames and Passwords for the individuals you add.
To download your account activity from within MidCountry Bank Business Online Banking into Quicken®, QuickBooks® or a convenient spreadsheet, you must export your banking data into the Quicken® or QuickBooks®. DirectConnect is not available to directly download your statements into Quicken® or QuickBooks®.
By default you will be able to download your transactions for the last 180 days.
