Pedro is bilingual (Spanish) and his family immigrated to the United States from Latin America. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Finance in Boston and later continued his education by obtaining his MBA in Minnesota. He found his calling 10 years ago when he discovered the joy of helping others achieve their dreams of owning a home.

With his clients’ needs in mind, Pedro will take a thoughtful approach to explain all the facets necessary for financing a home. From building to re-building, credit to down payment requirements, income documentation and even down payment assistance, Pedro helps his clients navigate the options and put together a plan to move them toward their goals. First time homebuyer, MHFA, FHA or conventional are all program options that can lead to a solution that is best-matched for the individual client.

Outside of the office, expect to find Pedro on the soccer field, or enjoying time with his young family. Not only does he play recreationally himself, Pedro coaches 4 year olds in the game he loves. Pedro also enjoys travel, and plans to introduce his children to other cultures through their family experiences. He and his wife serve as youth mentors through Big Brother Big Sister, and have been active since 2011.
