As the program manager for MidCountry’s Renovation financing, Dale’s time is dedicated to identifying and presenting the most beneficial mortgage choices as solution alternatives. Teamwork and communication will be the foundation for him as he forges relationships to achieve successful outcomes.

Engineering solutions come naturally to Dale, as his free time is devoted to working with his hands on a variety of woodworking projects, or ideally, his latest racecar. Leading his bucket list is to top 300 mph on the Bonneville Salt Flats – this competitive drive and curiosity channels well into his current role!
