As President of Pioneer Services, the Consumer Banking Division of MidCountry Bank, Jodi leads an organization that has assisted service members, military families, and veterans with their financial needs for more than 30 years. She manages 150 employees across multiple geographic offices, including a corporate headquarters location, a customer service/call center, and brick and mortar retail locations in key markets around the country. Prior to her current position, Jodi has served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administration Officer, and Director of Strategy and Planning over a 20-year career with the company. Under her leadership, Pioneer Services has received numerous awards for its on-going commitment to corporate social responsibility, customer service, and marketplace ethics. She’s active within Kansas City’s business and civic community, including the Chamber of Commerce’s CEO Roundtable, and has been recognized as a community leader by KC Business Magazine and Ingram’s magazine, among others.
