As Chief Technology Officer, Adam Simons leads MidCountry Bank’s long-term strategic technology vision. Adam joined the Bank in 2009 and has led the development of corporate infrastructure ever since. He has an extensive background in complex technology environments, and is well-versed in the implementation and management of innovative technology for both bank customers and internal team members. Prior to joining MidCountry, Adam managed technology teams in prominent local healthcare and tech industry organizations. Additionally, he has a vast background in the areas of IT Security, Infrastructure, Project Management and Operations.
